As you age, you muscles decrease and your muscular strength decline, leading to inactivity. Lethargy is common among the elderly, resulting in immobility, which is the Number One enemy of longevity. Mobility is anti-aging because it promotes physical and mental activities and alertness, which may delay, if not prevent, Alzheimer's disease. It is therefore important to energize your body through proper eating, resting, and exercising.



                    Chronic fatigue and physical Weakness




Chronic fatigue generally includes exhaustion, tiredness, and weakness, including malaise or lassitude.

Chronic fatigue is common among the aging population; it is the 7th most common complaint. Many people suffering from fatigue do not report to their physicians because they falsely believe that fatigue is part of growing old. But it is not!

Chronic fatigue is different from physical weakness.

Chronic fatigue is extreme exhaustion with little or no physical activity. Fatigue is inability to concentrate on physical and mental daily tasks. Improve  your

Given that chronic fatigue is subjective, without well defined characteristics, fatigue may also be psychological. Your chronic fatigue may be psychological rather than physical if you observe the following conditions:

·   Your fatigue fluctuates unpredictably and varies in intensity.

·   Your symptoms are most severe when you wake up.

·   Your fatigue tends to dissipate as the day draws on.

·   You do not feel specific muscle weakness.
